We lost heat on a cold windy night mid March and of course after hours. I called Rymes and spoke with Debbie.

She was super friendly and called the tech to see where he was and how long it would be before he could get to us and then she gave me a follow up call to let me know when he was on his way to our house. The tech (Aaron) arrived around 11pm and despite the freezing cold temperature and the late hour was super pleasant. He found the issue quickly, fixed it and we had the heat back on and running within 15 minutes. He then took the time to explain the issue which was really helpful.

Thanks to these two a long cold night wasn't so bad! Thank you both for great service!!

Let me be sure I have this straight: you were so thrilled with your service that you decided to log on to a website called "Pissed Consumer" to tell your story. Not Yelp, not BBB but Pissed Consumer. Right?
