I agree also!Ive been with them since the begining I prepaid for 100 gallons of fuel oil.They asked me what i had in the tank and i said the gauge read empty. that was on a friday,the folowing tuesday i called to see were my oil was.I get this rude woman in the background and said not intill friday maybe!Im a disable senior and this is way im treated!This company is going out if this is the way they treat people!Pluss they avertise for seniors and you wont be out of oil!What a crock of sh=t

Wow!! I got a delivery this morning and the driver was supposed to prime and restart my boiler.

He didn't. He said no one answered the door, even though my upstairs neighbor was home and saw the truck here.

If he actually knocked on the door my neighbor would have helped him get into the basement, however the driver filled the tank then got into his truck- never knocking on the door so my neighbor didn't know there was a problem.I got home from work and noticed the burner wasn't kicking on- I called and they said the driver knocked on the door but no one answered so he didn't prime anything and now they want to charge me 150 to SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FINISH THEIR JOB THEY DIDNT COMPLETE THIS MORNING.What a joke! Disgusting
