Their company put oil in my tank I didn't order. I don't even use the company.

I called and told them to come get it and they said NO then told me they would give me 60 days to pay for it, I told them I didn't order it and didn't want it, again they refused to come get it. for 2 days I argued with them to come get it. each time I was told no that wasn't going to happen. After fighting with them for days they finally said they would come and get it.

By now I had been fighting for them to pick it up. So for days they LIED about how they couldn't take it back. So they sued me to extort money for something I didn't order. So if this happens to you tell them to pick it up right away or you will sue them.

Just a few weeks ago they almost did it again, they almost put oil in my tank I didn't order.

I will be contacting the AG office and filing a complaint. It seems to me once they refused to pick it up they should have been held responsible.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Location: Concord, New Hampshire

I would have kept the oil. Refused to pay them.

Sent them a bill for having to have their oil removed from my oil tank. Sue them for the inconvenience.

This company doesn't care about anyone, JUST MONEY!!!! Recently I switched from Rymes to a new company because my friend across the street (WHO ALSO HAD RYMES DUE TO MY REFFERAL) found a company that was $1 cheaper for propane than Rymes.

When I called Rymes to pick up my tanks and explain why and asked about the gas that I didn't use. They told me that I would be paid back for the propane that was left in the tanks and that they would be out to pick them up. NEVER did they mention a pick up fee of $75. So when I finally received my refund it was $95 short.

When I called about this they told me that it was a standard practice to charge $75 for the pick up of the tanks and the balance of $20 was for finance fees of late payments. I also told him that my friend wasn't charge the pick up fee so why was I. I also told him that I felt that they only charge me the fee is because I was owed a refund (my friends tanks were empty so she wasn't getting a refund) and because they had control over my money they took out the fee. And OUR TANKS WERE PICKED UP THE SAME DAY!!!!

Another thing I was a COD (cash on delivery) customer. Tell me how does someone accrue finance fees on COD payments. So the manager said he would look into the fees and get back to me. Well about 2 weeks later (NO CALL BACK) I receive a check for the finance fees ONLY.

In the mean time I asked my friend if she was every sent a bill for the pick up of her tanks. SHE NEVER RECEIVED A BILL!!! And we never got billed from our other gas company for picking up tanks. I worked for a gas company and they didn't charge either.

Just a little added info that I also mentioned to the manager. I told him I was laid off from my job and was still unemployed and that was why I went with another company that was a lot cheaper.

But I guess he didn't care that I was jobless and needed that money he owed me.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
